I adore the scent of this shampoo and love it so much I’ve already repurchased! It lathers really well and leaves my hair lovely and soft. I really like how you can add the targeted pods to elevate the shampoo for your desired finish. I add the anti frizz and colour protect! Great brand!

As someone trying to get back their curls after using heat a lot this was a lot less drying than other shampoos whilst still making the hair feel clean and not weighed down. Lasted ages too even with 3 washes a week!

This shampoo put me off from this brand as it felt like it never truly cleaned my hair/scalp. I don't have greasy hair and I can last 3-4 days between washes normally but day 2 after washing my hair with this shampoo, my niece made a comment on how dirty my hair looked and I decided right there that this wasn't for me.

Leaves hair really soft and not too heavy on fine curly hair.

Doesn’t dry out my hair like some shampoos and smells lovely 

Bought this to help bring out my natural waves which tend to get lost in the hard water in London. Smells lovely and I like the concept of tailoring your shampoo to specific needs however it’s a total con. After using this shampoo my hair is the flattest and straightest it’s ever been - all my natural movement and wave is gone. I have tried with and without different capsules for things like curl definition and volume - they make zero difference. Overall, great concept, but don’t waste your money, it’s just a marketing gimmick and has no actual effect.

Good for a refresh, wasn't wowed by it but left my hair feeling fresh and clean, wasn't keen on the scent.

This is a nice shampoo, nothing amazing. I like the smell and my hair feels clean after I use it but it’s not a favourite so I don’t think I would repurchase.
