After cleansing, apply a generous amount to damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse. Use 2-3 times per week.

I really like how refreshing this mask is. It leaves the sking looking better and feeling soft. 4 stars instead of 5 because it smells a bit of cucumber (which I don't like) and the high price.
