Awful smell, bad ingredients. Has both AHA and BHA so I don't know why it says to use twice daily if you're supposed to exfoliate only 1-3 times a week. Well in the result, I burnt my face, especially where I had pimples on my chin and I've had a giant spot there for 3 months (I have scars now). Be careful!

Love this moisturiser as a way of finishing off my skin care routine. I’ve been using it for about 4 months now and have a noticed significantly fewer spots, and the ones I do get clear up really quickly. I personally don’t mind the smell (reminds me of Christmas for some reason!)

The cream leaves a good amount of hydration and helps to keep my skin clear.

I have combination skin and have been suffering with hormonal acne for the the last 3 years approx. I am in my late thirties and have never had a problem with my skin. I adapted my skincare to do a double cleanse, tone and moisturise but this really didn’t prevent the usual cyst-like spots along my jawline. I was browsing Cult Beauty looking for another product which happened to be sold out. I then came across this as an alternative and thought I’d give it a try..... the results since using DCL have been fantastic. Yes, the product has a somewhat medicated, synthetic type of smell but if you can get past this, the product really does work wonders for acne. I haven’t had a spot since I started using this which was about 6 weeks ago. It’s such a relief to find a product that works well at preventing spots. If you use too much, the product does pill, but a little goes a long way. I had been prepared to keep an eye out for an alternative moisturiser, in case this one didn’t work, but I think I will stick with DCL as I am delighted with the results.

I normally use the Tata Harper clarifying moisturizer but that I would try this as a less expensive alternative and was not impressed. It smells like fake tan and left my skin feeling slightly tacky. My foundation also didn’t stay on when I applied it after this moisturizer and came straight off in patches. The saving grace is that it didn’t make my skin break out like a lot of new products do, however, I did not finish even 1/4 of the tube and have reordered my fav Tata Harper one :)

As I have dry/sensitive skin with breakout/blemishes from time to time I almost used every acid product you can get with varying results. This stuff seems to have the perfect balance between acid and comforting ingredients and my skin loves it. After 3 days of use, my spotted areas appear way clearer and redness disappeared. As a moisturizer on it´s on it´s not hydrating enough (for my skin) but it doesn´t matter because the lightweight formula sinks in easily and I can put some face oil on it. I would say you can even use it as a kind of serum, especially when your skin type is more sensitive. I am happy that I found this before the summer starts.

Great product that gives lovely results but it has a really strong uncomfortable smell which makes it unpleasant to put on the face and use daily.

I was given a sample of DCL serum and I quickly became obsessed with the changes in my skin so I really wanted to try this product. It’s a lovely light texture, hydrates your dry skin where needed and absorbs nicely into your more oily areas. It’s about pricey but I would recommend it to anybody who has hormonal breakouts!

I have combination skin, and I feel that this balances out my oily zone and hydrates/ soothes my sensitive ones. it sinks in very quickly and has lovely ( not too light- not too heavy) consistency.

I was so scared to give this product a try because of the high price, but it is so worth it. I've been suffering from acne for many years and therefore I've tried loads of different products and medicine, but this one really stands out. Along with my Alpha-H cleanser, this hydrator has almost cleared up my skin! It showed results in just one day and I can't stress enough how amazing this product is.
