I really like this
This is much nicer than I thought it would be for the price point. Sinks in quickly even though its quite a thick creamy texture.

Doesn’t work with the short pump
I love this moisturiser but it doesn’t work with the short pump. Please check you have the old long pump before purchasing. I don’t know what they’ve done but it just doesn’t work. I’ve been pressing down 20x, twice a day for 3 days and getting nothing out. It’s an absolute waste of money and I’m now having to try and scrape the cream out with the end of a spoolie. Great idea but horrible follow through!!!!!!!!

Doesn’t pump well
I bought the refill because I already had the full pump bottle. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all and I have to shake it to get any product out. The moisturiser is great but it’s a pain getting it out.Â

A good and affordable night moisturiser
I think this is Byoma's best product (having now tried 6 of their products). I have purchased it 4 times because I think it's a good formulation for a night cream (oily skin here) and provides enough actives to combat any dryness created by nightly tret use. The pump is indeed annoying but as this is a refill, I will not consider it a downside - the fact that they are choosing to do refill is a big win!

This is a very nice moisturising lotion. But byoma! Sort out your packaging please!

Meh
Had really high hopes for this but unfortunately it did disappoint. It doesn’t feel like it penetrates very deeply and my skin still felt quite dry after using and also quite oily. I also really don’t like the packaging (it uses a pump) and the pump stopped getting product out only a few uses in so had to try and de-pot the rest. Decent for the money but wouldn’t recommend if you have combination skin.
