Really good value
This is a lovely product for acne prone skin. It’s calming and not too thick. Perfect for mixing with oils and it’s refillable.

Love it but packaging
Byoma has so many great products but their packaging keeps letting them down. They are one of the few that offers a refill pot. However the pumps are dreadful. I have just bought a small spoon instead to get the product out. However this product is a great moisturiser for a fantastic price point.

Terrible packaging
I have already reviewed this as I love the moisturiser- however, the “refill” aspect is terrible. The pump has never worked since swapping it over from the one that run out. I have to take off the lid and shake it upside down to get the cream out and as the bottle is rectangular the cream gets stuck. Really terrible experience, I decanted into a travel tub in the end. Won’t but the refill again will just go with the standard packaging.

Love this moisturiser and byoma! However wouldnt recommend the refills as they dont pump out as good as the originals even though this is a more sustainable Option wish they would fix it

Favourite moisturiser
I've used this for a while and I love it. The only reason I gave 4* is because the refill is smaller than when you buy the full product. They both claim to be 50ml but the bottle is definitely smaller, not sure why that is. I also have to store mine upside down or else the product won't come out of the pump.

Doesn’t work
I love this moisturiser but it doesn’t work with the short pump. Please check you have the old long pump before purchasing. I don’t know what they’ve done but it just doesn’t work. I’ve been pressing down 20x, twice a day for 3 days and getting nothing out. It’s an absolute waste of money and I’m now having to try and scrape the cream out with the end of a spoolie. Great idea but horrible follow through!!!!!!!!

One of my fav moisturisers
Love Byoma and their moisturiser is one of my favourites. I like the fact they have a refill option and will Defiently keep buying. Very light on my skin and doesn’t dry sticky. You also don’t need to use much so last a long time.
