Great product
Lifts dark shades very good. It does not irritates the scalp like other over the counter bleach kits, the hair doesn't get damaged as much too.

Product excellent, poor delivery
This has to be the best bleach kit I have used as it gives great lift to darker shades. Delivery was poor as it took a week to arrive...I had paid for next day delivery but that was not available to my postcode (N.Ireland). On the plus side, I was refunded the delivery charge immediately and money off my next order
