Does transfer a bit
Glides on, smudgeable (if needed), lasts pretty long but did need to touch up after a few hours as had transferred on waterline and lash line.

Pat McGrath Permagel Ultra Eye Pencil
I bought this Pat McGrath Perma Gel Ultra Eye Pencil in blue ~ it's a very intense blue in that it needs powdering over to prevent it from 'bleeding out' onto the skin around the eye. Not one of Pat McGrath's best ~ but it works well if you take the time to set it well.

Perfect dark brown
This is perfect if you don’t like black eyeliner perfect alternative gives you a softer look not so harsh I did get the extreme black coffee love it stayed all day and night didn’t bleed plus I have watery eyes so that’s a win for me!

Not so great on the waterline…
This is great and long lasting on the lid, but I find that when I line my waterline it’s half way down my face within an hour. The best I’ve ever tried for the waterline is the KVD one, but I like how soft this one is. Ideally there’d be something in between the two.Â

Perfect, perfect, perfect!
I needed a statement blue eyeliner for a bold makeup look I was doing - and Pat McGrath really delivered! It stayed on for over 12 hours - what more can you ask for?!
