Stopped taking
This supplement is expensive, each pot of 90 @ three day being just one months supply. However thought I would give it a try and consider the cost worth it if it helped. I never really got to find out as it disagreed with me in a couple of ways so I just had to frustratingly stop taking. Unfortunate as other reviewers obviously love it.

works after telogen effluvium hair loss
A monthly repurchase. I have found that once I finished my phase of telogen effluvium these supported new healthy hair growth. I had significant hair loss which was noticeable and after monthly consistent use I’ve found baby hairs growing all over my head! It’s covered up the thinning patches and made my hairline / parting full. I would say to wait after your hair has finished shedding to start these as i saw found these did not work while I was at the peak of my hair shedding. Hair feels stronger too.
