Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

great for first cleanse!
This is a very nice cleansing balm! I put some on my hands and rub them a bit to melt the balm before I massage it into my face and then add some water to emulsify it and leave it on for like 30 seconds. It melts off makeup really well and is quite soothing to the skin. I always follow with a gel cleanser afterwards.

More honey than oat
This balm has the exact same smell and texture as one of these homemade honey masks/scrubs, it even has little chunks in it. I find it too thick and sticky to my liking but does the job.

Amazing product
Amazing product, removes makeup well and doesn’t irritate my skin. I’m on my 3rd tube, I love it!

Hated it..
Sorry, I LOVE The Inkey List, but this product was awful. Was like washing my face with lard. Left my face needing to be washed again and it left a film on my eyes that took ages to clear. Wouldn't recommend if you want a light wash that leaves you feeling clean

Great product once you figure out how to use it
As far as cleansing balms go - this is a great one! The things that differentiates from other balms is: 1. Packaging 2. It works best when adding water. Both of these I'd consider advantages!

Amazing value for money
This cleanser is great - really gentle, gets make up off with a hot cloth in a flash and is soothing and calming on sensitive/dry skin. The price point is also just amazing - worth every penny

Good balm shocking packaging
Really liked the balm, went on nicely and ADORED the smell. Great for first cleanse & make up removal. However the packaging is awful. The force required to get the balm out was ridiculous and burst the tube on first use. Won’t buy again because of this sadly.

Amazing but PORES
There’s no doubt about this being an absolute amazing makeup remover, one of the best I’ve tried. BUT it clogs my pores SO much, and made them incredibly visible. I would not use this as an everyday remover, I will only use it when I’ve got heavy makeup on.

Love it!
I previously left a review on here which initially was a negative review due to the packaging of this product (I was unable to use my first bottle as it had busted). Cult beauty emailed me with their apologies and sent me out a new tube free of charge. I’ve given the oat balm a couple of days to try it out and I must say it is amazing. I’ve given it 4 stars because I’ve not used it long enough but I am really impressed. My pores are visibly cleaner after each use and I actually love the ‘oily film’ it leaves on my skin. This is my first cleanse so after I’ve used the salicylic cleanser as my second cleanse from TIL the oily film is gone. The consistency is lovely and there is no smell to the product. Will definitely be repurchasing when I’ve finished this tube.

Don't Bother
I definitely wouldn't buy this again. I love cleansing balms, but not this one! It's incredibly tough to squeeze out of the tube (now I understand why balms are usually in tubs!!), it does emulsify slightly but leaves a film on the skin, and doesn't remove all makeup! Maybe if you're very dry skinned, don't wear makeup, and have arms of steel, you might like this!
