Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Great for a first cleanse
I usually use Elemis cleansing balm as a first cleanse, but I was looking for a cheaper alternative pre Christmas. I love this for the value, and it definitely works really well for a first cleanse. I would say to remove all my mascara you need to rub it in well, but I find that will all balms. Would recommend.

Didn't do what it said
I honestly hated this. It had an unpleasant smell and didn't remove makeup well at all. Definitely would not repurchase.

Very supple and nice
Feels very nice on skin and comparable with more high end products. A little tough to remove water proof make up and can fog up the eyes

Good for the price
Product works and is good for getting make up off however sometimes can be slightly grainy. I also find I have to use a face cloth to fully remove it rather than just my hands. But good product for the price

best first cleanse
This isn't my absolute favorite balm cleanser, but I prefer not to spend a lot of money on something that doesn't sit on my skin all day or night. For the price, I haven't found anything better as a first cleanser. I use this before the Byoma milky jelly cleanser in the evenings and it always gets all spf and makeup off. It can be a tiny bit grainy if you put it on dry skin, but not at all irritating. I've repurchased 3 times and will continue to do so because the value is great. No complaints.

Great for the price but not my favourite.
This cleanser does a great job of melting my makeup off, including heavy makeup. Yet it is still gentle, perfect for my sensitive skin and doesn’t sting my eyes when removing eye makeup. However, washing it off can be difficult, it tends to leave a residue. For that reason I can only use it with a wash cloth and a separate cleanser to double cleanse with afterwards. I will continue to purchase for the price though.

I felt like a grease ball..
Oat cleansing balm?? more like OIL cleansing balm. A great buy if you want clogged pores and a thick film over your face that doesn't wash off easily. It feels super smooth after use but only because the product fills in your pores and is still sitting on your skin. I have very dry skin and even this was too much for me. Could possibly be used as a first cleanse for removing makeup as this product is VERY thick and oily, but definitely not as a first cleanse. Do not recommend it, would not buy again, WORST purchase ever!

Impressive
For a cheaper makeup remover I thought I'd give it a try. Does what it says, but so far I haven't found a cleansing balm that can fully remove my waterproof mascara, hence why it's a 4*

So good
I love this cleanser, takes make up off so well and leaves skin feeling fresh. If you get it in your eyes it can make them feel a bit filmy so make sure if you wear contacts etc that they're out first.
