Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Great first cleanser
Great first cleanser for removing makeup / spf. Amazing price point in comparison to some other balm based cleanser. Only down side is it does take a bit of working in to remove all product from skin.

For a double cleanse
I purchased this to use daily in the shower to gently wash my face, as my skin is quite dry and sensitive. However, although it's good, I think it's better to be used as a double cleanse for make-up removing and then with a second cleanse afterwards or removal using a soft cloth. As it's quite thick and heavy and doesn't wash off easily. It's a good product for this purpose, but too heavy for me as a quick morning cleanse, so I probably wouldn't purchase this again for that reason.

It's a good product, has a nice smell, and nice feel, does what it says and it nurtures the skin. Love the fact I can also use it as a face mask. Reminds me of discontinues Lush's Ultrabland, which I loved. Be careful not to get it in your eyes, for it stings af.
