Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Love this cleansing balm
I keep reordering this cleansing balm, which is gentle but effective. It’s a slightly oily and easily spreadable balm which I apply to dry skin in the evening and use to double cleanse away any makeup and sun cream. Though it doesn’t feel grainy or scratchy, it seems to have a very slight exfoliating effect. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all but effectively removes all product. Reasonably priced and a lovely cleansing balm. My only gripe is that it’s hard to get the last out of the tube and I usually end up cutting open the tube to empty it.

Never felt like it got everything
I wear quite a bit of makeup, especially eye make-up and I always felt like it never got everything off. It is very hydrating though, if you don’t wear a lot of makeup or products this might be a good one for you!
