Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Perfect for removing makeup
I like to double cleanse in the evening and use this first. It doesn’t have a crazy fragrance and you get so much of it! It’s really effective and I haven’t been able to stop using it. Issue is that once you get about 75% of the way through the product, it’s so thick that you can’t squeeze it out anymore. I cut it open with scissors but this causes issues with making sure that the product is sealed!

Bargain make up remover
It’s a budget product BUT it is brilliant at make up removal. Use a flannel, otherwise it will leave a film on your skin. Can be used on heavier eye makeup. I follow up for my 2nd cleanse with a more expensive balm but I can’t fault this for the price and efficacy.

Good value basic balm cleanser
A good balm cleanser, great for a first cleanse in my routine. Takes off all makeup, doesn’t irritate sensitive skin. This is my 3rd tube of this, I buy once yearly & rotate with other slightly more luxe oil cleansers. This does the job - the only thing that takes away from it is the packaging, have to cut it open towards the end as there’s always load left that won’t come out.

Been using this balm on and off over 2 years. Effective yet so gentle - doesn't leave your face feeling dry even in winter. One star was knocked off for the packaging as it's been slightly difficult to squeeze the balm out of the tube when relatively little (but still more than enough for a few cleanses) balm is left. A tub could be considered as a container?
