Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

I have quite reactive skin and this is one of the few products that visibly calm it. I use it as an every day cleanser, it does wonders at taking make up off, it's also lovely when left on for 10-15 minutes, helps soothe my skin. I have purchased this multiple times and will continue to do so.

Bad consistency
Having bought this before and loved it, I was surprised at the consistency of this one. It has hard bits which does not feel nice either on application or removal. Unsure if it’s just this one but I think I’ll have to throw it away

Favourite cleanser
Purchased multiple times. Removed make up almost completely. Leaves far less of a film than other cleansing balms I’ve used. Only issue would be packaging with a lot of the product not coming out at the end, always having to cut the tube open.

Very thick and doesn’t do the best job removing makeup. I double cleanse so it isn’t a massive issue but it leaves a thick film like feeling on the face that’s hard to remove.

This is my second time ordering this balm cleanser. It’s gentle on my skin but breaks down all my make up including my mascara with a bit of warm water mixed in with it. Leaves my skin soft and hydrated afterwards too. Will be buying again.

This is a lovely cleanser but I can’t help but feel if it was in a pot it would be better. The packaging doesn’t allow you to easily get the product out toward the end and it separates. If it was in a pot you could mix it to make it the right consistency before applying. However, it removes make up decently and doesn’t have a scent which might appeal to a lot of people. It’s good value but needs better packaging! A refill would be even better
