Really great!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love this. For the price point, it's really great. I find that it takes all my make up off really beautifully except for my mascara. It does take it off but I find I really have to rub at it to get it off. It hydrates my dry skin (due to using tretinoin) and using it as a mask is also really really nice. It can separate in the tube, but if u keep it somewhere cool it should be fine. Lovely product!

Okay

It's alright, makes my skin soft. The one thing that bothers me really with this product is that it melts in the tube. It is supposed to be kind of a paste but it is like sometimes the paste melts and the oil gets everywhere because of the packaging.

A good soothing first cleanse

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I use this as a first cleanse and then follow up with a water based cleanser, I wouldn't use this as my only cleanser. I have a bit sensitive, dry and acne prone skin and this balm is quite soothing, especially if I leave it on for a few minutes. Would re purchase, especially considering the price.

It’s okay ...

I have combination dry skin and this is the first cleansing balm I’ve tried, that leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. The oat powder gives it a bit of a grainy texture, perfect for mild exfoliation. I usually follow up with a water cleanser to avoid clogging the pores. It had a very thick consistency the day I received it, to the point where it was hard to squeeze it out of the bottle - however, I didn’t like how a few day's worth of sitting on my shelf turned it into a complete liquid.

Favourite makeup remover

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

A nice thick balm, I use it when I double cleanse to remove my foundation and sunscreen, it spreads nicely and it’s easy to wash off. The only thing is that you have to squeeze the tube hard to get the balm out once you’re starting to use it up.

Loveee this!

This is such a nice balm! First of all, I love that it is in a tube and I'm glad I don't have to stick my fingers in there. Second of all, the list of ingredients for this cost is just great, no petrolatum e.t.s, just good oils and love the oats as a soothing ingredient. The only thing that I don't like, that it has a slightly gritty texture, I think it because of oats powder in it. But it does not irritate my skin at all, just a warning if it is important to someone. So, I love this product and keep buying it.

Bad choice of packaging!

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

The formula is so thick it is almost impossible to squeeze out of the tube. I had to squeeze so hard that I thought the tube would explode. I honestly want to return the product due to the poor choice of packaging, this really should have been put in a tub like other cleansing balms. I simply cannot get any product out to use so I will have to cut the tube and scoop it into something else which is such a shame and not ideal.

It's fine

It's a very gentle cleanser. I used it as a first step makeup remover and then double cleansed with a different cleanser after. It doesn't really remove eye makeup that well, but otherwise a good and affordable product.

Great makeup remover

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I use this balm as a makeup remover and it works very well! Removes my makeup easily and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. The instructions do say you can use it as a 10-minute mask as well which I tried and my skin felt soft afterward but wouldn't say it's revolutionary as a mask. Very affordable and good size so will last a decent amount of time. I like that it is in a squeezy tube as well which is easier to use than a pot balm. Would definitely buy it again.

Love it to remove makeup and sunscreen.

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have oily skin. Love it to remove makeup and sunscreen. I use it as my first step in double cleansing. I apply it on dry skin, massage over my skin and emulcify it with water. Then I follow it up with standard foaming cleanser. If you didn't like it, you can try it this way, it works amazing.
