Amazing

Super lightweight and comfortable, smells delicious and a little goes a long way. I will be using as my staple SPF for sure!

My favourite SPF!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have normal skin and this works perfectly! It's lightweight and doesn't leave a chalky/white cast look to the skin. Sinks in really nicely and works well on top of other products. Smells a little bit like suncream but personally this isn't something that bothers me as it goes away pretty quickly. The only caveat is the name; the texture is definitely a cream and not watery!

Too heavy

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have normal skin with a greasy nose and am in my late 20s. I have been searching for a new lightweight sunscreen to wear every day, as my favourite has been reformulated and is now like a body sunscreen. I was excited to try the TYF water sun cream as the overall rating was high and, well it has water in the name so I thought it could be a similar texture to my old favourite. However, I was wrong. This sunscreen is heavy and greasy and does not feel nice on the skin. For this reason, it is not useful for everyday use, especially if reapplying often. I now use this product for when I am playing sports outside as the protection is good, but I don't want to wear it for too long. The search for the perfect SPF continues...

To light for a stand alone moisturiser

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have dry, sensitive skin and for me this is a tad too light weight however with a serum it’s perfect! The scent isn’t too strong. I am left with a slight ‘glow’, which I enjoy but if you like a matte look this might not be for you.

-_- Mmm

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I wish I'd of loved this product I was very excited about it. I've given this a 1 ⭐ because the overall rating looks promising but it does reflect the amount of negative ones which are plentiful. This product does leave a chalky cast on the face which isn't pleasant and means I have to rub this product in throughly, I don't like rubbing anything this greasy into my pores, i generally like the sweep my sunscreen on. As mentioned this product is extremely greasy, so I breakout as if it's suffocating my skin also my makeup does not stay on, it doesn't take long for my face to become very shiny and my blemishes to shine through. For me this product doesnt have enough information about it either.. I don't know if the is a mineral or physical sunscreen, I don't know if it's broad spec, I bought it believing the Korean skincare is sophisticated which it is but I can't even wear this with make up, I breakout with it, it leaves a chalky cast, and I worry it isn't covering all types of sun damage. Sorry I really wanted to like this

Should state in the description that it’s not to be used on eczema or dermatitis skin types... so watch out

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I struggle with finding SPF, I have spent so so much money to find one and still haven’t found one. All the ones I’ve tried so far makes my skin rash out, also gives me small little whiteheads(in places where I don’t get spots) so I got recommended this one. I read the reviews everything was perfect, I read into it. This sounded like the perfect thing. It arrived I opened it and put it on my hand, soaked in nicely and made the skin feel nice HOWEVER I ended up seeing the ‘warning’ sign on the box stating that not to use it if you have eczema or dermatitis??? Hold up, I have eczema I can’t use this? So I wasted £18 on this, I wish this was stated on the description, I wouldn’t have brought it if it did!!! I know I should be checking the ingredients but I don’t actually know what is it that causes my flare-ups as the majority I try always ends up with the same story. Really gutted about it also I find the perfume to be too much, so for someone who’s got sensitive skin prone to eczema and combination (yes my skin is pretty much everything and it’s hard finding something that works) I would suggest not wasting your money. Given 3 stars because the price you pay is great for the amount you get, it has a small nozzle which makes it easy to get the product out, definitely feels amazing on the skin but I won’t be using it sadly. It’s probably a nice cream but for someone else. Will be looking in La Roche Posay one- I wish I ordered that brand.

First try - Smells Great!

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Just quickly ordered it whilst it was back in stock. Slapped it on just now and felt I wanted to rave to someone about the scent - hence this review, because not sure who else would want to know about a great smelling SPF on a Thursday morning. It smells so pretty... (Also seems quite hydrating)!

Greasy, heavily fragranced, not for acne-prone skin

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

My skin is normal/dry acne-prone, I'm in my late 20s. My acne has been under control for some time now. I was approaching the end of my go-to sunscreen and thought I'd try something cheaper, so I ordered this after reading some fantastic reviews. This sunscreen is heavily fragranced – if I'd have known I wouldn't have purchased. Once applied it just sits on the skin; every time I've used it I look like a sweaty, greasy mess from morning until night. It isn't dewy at all as it states, it is just greasy. I got a bad breakout the first time I used it, and having been acne-free for a while I was pretty certain it was the sunscreen causing the breakouts. To be sure it was this product causing the breakouts, I used the sunscreen for 3-5 days in a row, waited for the breakout to clear up, and then used again for 3-5 days. I have done this 3 times in total and each time the breakout started on day 1 or 2 of using the sunscreen.

I am in love!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Finally, the search for the perfect sunscreen for my sensitive skin is over! I love this as it's very light, hydrating, does not leave a white cast, and most importantly does not cause my skin to break out. The fact that it's also water-based makes it such a dream. I will definitely keep purchasing this product over and over again

Lightweight but greasy

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

It's lightweight and invisible, doesn't leave a white cast at all. However, if you have super oily skin like I do, I'd steer clear. It leaves my face looking really shiny and wet looking.
