To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. Very drinkable!
This is my second purchase after trying the collagen drink. Easily to drink first thing in the morning and forces me to get an extra glass of water in. I’m hoping the collagen is helping internally! The packaging has just changed to blue bags but appears to be the same product.

Rejuvenated Collagen Shots
I've been using Rejuvenated Collagen Shots now for about a year - it's pleasant to taste but more importantly it works. If I get a spot or bruise myself or get a cold sore - they all clear up super quick - my skin is also softer & clearer - I wouldn't be without it now. It seems a bit pricey - but it lasts ages - just a spoonful in juice or water before bed - I would definitely recommend this product - it does what it says - helps your Collagen renew itself.

Have just purchased so can’t comment on the effects just yet but it’s tastes good and easy to drink which is huge for me as usually can’t stomach drinking these kind of supplement drinks! I was disappointed there was no scoop in the packet had to get the scales out to measure 11g!
