Very strong smell, not my favourite
I was really excited to try this shampoo given the great reviews and hype around the brand. Unfortunately it hasn't lived up to expectations for me. I have found the smell of the shampoo to be very over powering. It also leaves my hair feeling almost frizzy when usually it's fine and thin.

Awful for fine hair
Bought this having used Kerastase shampoo and conditioner for find hair. This is the worst shampoo and conditioner for fine hair I have tried (inc much cheaper brands). It isn't volumizing in the slightest, my hair feels weighed down, and my hair is greasy after 1 day which I've never had before. I have generally dry, eczema prone skin and since starting to use Ouai i've had dry, itches patches across my body. I wouldn't recommend and gutted I can't return these products, waste of money.

Gorgeous smell!
The smell alone of this shampoo is enough to make me love it. Reminds me of California for some reason. It’s also a great shampoo for my fine hair. Doesn’t weigh it down or dry it out. I just use this and then a spray in conditioner afterwards.
