If shampoo was a car wash service (bear with us here), this would be the equivalent of a full valet. A once-a-week treatment, its gentle formula boasts apple cider vinegar to help cut through product build-up and neutralise shine-compromising hard water deposits while hydrolysed keratin works to support brittle or heat-weakened tresses. Expect to be left with locks that feels soft, silky and ready for action. Plus, it's infused with the brand's signature Melrose Place fragrance, a harmony of rose, lychee, bergamot, cedarwood and white musk... it's the perfect final flourish.

Thoroughly wet your hair from root to tip with lukewarm water. Squeeze out any excess moisture and lather a coin-sized dollop of Detox Shampoo in your palms. Use your fingers to part the hair and apply the product as close to the scalp as possible. Let it work its magic for one to three minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

I’m not overly impressed by this shampoo. I have long, thick hair. It definitely helps to clean your hair but it made mine really greasy. I wouldn’t repurchase it

Cleansing but not drying
I’m really wary of the need to ‘detox’ your hair/scalp from product build up, so for the last 6/7 months I’ve regularly used a cleansing shampoo once a week. They’ve always made my hair feel very dry and brittle in the past, but this genuinely makes my scalp feel squeaky clean while my hair still feels super soft.

i use this as my clarifying shampoo
i use this as my clarifying shampoo twice a month and is amazing for that little bit drying for my scalp recently but does the job of cleaning the hair of all the residue and clarifying the hair my day to day shampoo is a hydrating one and I alternate with this one once a month to just remove everything from my hair once in a while does the job

Why didn’t I buy it sooner!
So, first wash, I wasn’t convinced. My hair felt a little dry and as someone with oily roots and dry ends, I thought this was a mistake! I’ve started using a primer, and then washing my hair after it, and this really cleans my roots without drying out my hair. I managed to go 5 days without washing my hair for the first time ever and believe it’s down to this!

Easily the best clarifying/detox shampoo product I've used. Erases all traces of dry shampoo and oil, leaving my hair clean but not stripped. Pricey, but lasts ages as you don't need a lot, it lathers up really well unlike most other clarifying shampoos. Gorgeous scent too :)

Best clarifying shampoo on the market
This is definitely the best clarifying shampoo you can get at the moment, I find it a lot easier to work with over a scrub and because it contains apple cider vinegar it leaves your hair very soft; it would also be a great shampoo to use after being in a pool or the ocean.
