Milk Makeup's Hydro Grip Primer (45ml) boasts a silky gel formula that gives your look real staying power while remaining invisible against the skin.
This green-tinted primer glides on smoothly to form a layer that locks make up in place for up to 12 hours while granting a natural, dewy finish. Our favourite part? The formula is enriched with nourishing aloe water, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide *and* blue agave extract (hello hydration...) to deliver good-to-skin benefits at the same time. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. Blend a thin layer onto clean skin before make up application. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other make up on top for smoother application that lasts all day, or wear alone for fresh-faced, glassy skin.

Worth the money
One of the best primers I’ve used for dry skin, it makes your face look so flawless and also feel so hydrated when wearing this. Therefore I think it’s worth the price and would highly recommend.

Doesn't do much
I haven't noticed much of a difference with how long my makeup stays on. I bought this mainly for the hydrating glow I thought it would give me, but it doesn't do anything noticeable. The 10ml bottle is also a lot smaller than you think!

one of the best
Really good primer, lives up to it's reputation. Read lots of reviews saying it leaves a "tacky" finish to the skin - it's true, does exactly what it says - "hydro GRIP". Leaves skin soft & smooth, but if you're looking for a primer that performs like a heavy silicone based product (like benefit porefessional for example) this probably isn't for you. If you like a primer than provides a bit of grip/good surface for makeup to hold, this is the right product.

Great but.....
I love how much grip my skin has after I use this foundation but I haven’t really noticed that it makes my foundation look better.

Okay..
I was really curious to try this and was left a little disappointed. I do think that it's a great product and I know it is raved about throughout the beauty community. But dare I say I found it too sticky! I found that after I applied it and then went to use my foundation and beauty blender that it created a barrier on my blender and I could blend the product as well. Now I stick to a more creamer primer.

Does the job but probably too hydrating .
I ordered this due to the amazing reviews I’ve seen online. I’ve got dark combination skin and textured in some areas. I’m yet to find a primer that keeps me shine free, not too dry, keeps makeup in place, doesn’t give me a greyish undertone. I think this does the job but probably too hydrating for me. I know Youtubers with oily skin that have ordered this and said it works wonders. I find applying a translucent powder straight after application helps. Apart from that the primer makes my makeup look fresh and dewy.
