Milk Makeup's Hydro Grip Primer (45ml) boasts a silky gel formula that gives your look real staying power while remaining invisible against the skin.
This green-tinted primer glides on smoothly to form a layer that locks make up in place for up to 12 hours while granting a natural, dewy finish. Our favourite part? The formula is enriched with nourishing aloe water, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide *and* blue agave extract (hello hydration...) to deliver good-to-skin benefits at the same time. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. Blend a thin layer onto clean skin before make up application. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other make up on top for smoother application that lasts all day, or wear alone for fresh-faced, glassy skin.

Does the job but probably too hydrating .
I ordered this due to the amazing reviews I’ve seen online. I’ve got dark combination skin and textured in some areas. I’m yet to find a primer that keeps me shine free, not too dry, keeps makeup in place, doesn’t give me a greyish undertone. I think this does the job but probably too hydrating for me. I know Youtubers with oily skin that have ordered this and said it works wonders. I find applying a translucent powder straight after application helps. Apart from that the primer makes my makeup look fresh and dewy.

Literally grips your existence
I've been using this primer a little over a year now and it's amazing. I have tried it with the TooFaced Born this Way foundation, Beauty Blender foundation, Pat McGrath Foundation and Huda beauty foundation and it has a tacky consistency that grips onto the foundation making it budge proof as well as it being hydrating. Love, love this primer and so do my clients!

Ok but expected better
I don't dislike this primer, it helped with the longevity of my makeup. However, I wanted it to be a lot more hydrating and the pump was a little hit and miss dispensing the product. I doubt I will be repurchasing.

Best thing ever
I have a combination of skin and this product is AMAZING! Definitely worth buying!! It keeps my brows from fading and my makeup in place for the whole day. Truly a holy grail, and you don’t even need a lot. The only thing is if you have extremely oily skin, it will make you look dewy so probably use powder to set your face lightly first.

Just alright
It's good if you want hydration but massively overrated for its staying power, doesn't make your makeup last any longer and in my experience makes is susceptible to moving if you get your face wet in the rain or have watery eyes

actually works!
This genuinely does extend my make up wear time - though it took a few goes for me to get the hang of using it, and I have very very very reactive skin and I'm not allergic to it :). Will definitely purchase the full size as I'm getting through this one quite quickly :).

Broke me out
I tried this 3 times and at first I was impressed. It leaves a lovely smooth canvas that works wonders when you apply makeup on top. However, I noticed every time I wore this primer my skin broke out in large spots that were incredibly painful and took ages to heal. Once I took this out my routine I no longer broke out. It’s a shame because it really does leave a nice canvas. Another issue I faced was that it did nothing to grip my foundation on and I actually found it made my skin more oily throughout the day, which is the opposite of what it claims. I’d say it would only work for you if you do not have spot prone oily skin.
