Not for fair skin

The cc cream is overall okay, it makes complexion look more even and has a nice SPF. The main problems with it is that it’s too thick and heavy on the skin and that there are no shades for light-skinned people. Everything, including the shade Fair, is for tan. Maybe I could use mine when I’m tanned during the summer but then I suppose it would be too heavy to use when it’s hot outside.

Worst thing ever

I have normal to dry skin. Bought this very expensive CC cream after the rave reviews and God I was disappointed. After the first week it started drying my skin out. My entire face filled out with white heads leading to painful zits on my jaw and forehead. Mind you my forehead is dry skin. I haven’t suffered from acne since I was 12. Neverrrr ever using this again. :(

LOVE

Repurchased time and time again. It is perfect for everyday wear and it is quite a lot of coverage and quite a thick consistency but I spread it out thinner with brush for a little less. Looks so beautiful on the skin, natural dewy finish and the colour Fair couldn't be more perfect for me - i am very fair with neutral to yellow undertones. I often get complimented on my skin whenever I wear this.

Not worth the hype!

This is very disappointing! Wanted to try this for ages but it feels greasy, it’s not high coverage (not sure how they make it appear so on the marketing videos!) and doesn’t last at all, even with setting powder. It dissolved in patches and also the colour went darker once applied! Annoyed that I’ve wasted my money! May be alright for dry skin but don’t go near it if you have normal, combination or oily skin!

It is THE BEST BASE ever

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

It's the best. I have dry skin and I'm 38. It gives coverage - great coverage but gives you that satin glow, like you're not wearing much at all. You do need a wet beauty blender or sponge to make it look its best but it is the best best best best base. I have used it for a year now and every time I go to another base and come back to this I just ask myself why I ever stopped using it. It's also brilliant sun protection. In the summer in Spain last year this was my face SPF and it was amazing. It also layers brilliantly if you want to use another foundation on top such as the YSL Touche Eclat foundation, they sit really really nicely together.

For no makeup makeup!

Product is great. Go a shade lighter. I am shade 51/52 in Bourjois, Nude Beige in Maybelline 24H longstay foundation, shade 2 BB cream Guerlain. I purchased the fair and light shades. The light works best for me. I have a neutral undertone... sometimes a little yellow after the sun. I use the fair for my under eyes and anywhere I want to be a little lighter. Great coverage! If you are looking for a light BB cream, this isn't the correct item for you. This has slightly more coverage and is not as light as a BB cream (I use BB cream by Guerlain).

Super product for aging skin

Perfectly distributed on the skin. It does not emphasize wrinkles and does not clog pores. I am very happy and will buy more.

Goes on well, good coverage but slid off my face within hours. Not one for all day wear. Not worth the price tag.

Ticks all the boxes

I like the high SPF, as I do not bother to apply a separate product when it is winter. I live in Scandinavia, so not that much sun. Texture is thicker than you would expect of a "cc cream". The coverage is also more full. But it leaves the skin looking good and feels nice on the skin. In summer, I was shade "light". I used another foundation up this winter in a lighter shade, so I bought the "fair" shade for the transition in spring into my summer shade. Both "fair" and "light" are good for my very neutral undertone.
