Awful smell
I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but seeing so many good ones I thought to write this one as no one else mentioned here the problems. I wished mine would smell great as the other reviews are praising it, but it's rancid. I thought mine was a bad batch and i made the stupid mistake to buy it once more because aside from the smell it was quite efficient at removing waterproof mascara without irritating my eyes. Really stupid mistake as the second one was equally bad and after a few times using it and trying to ignore the smell, my face started to flare up with my long lost rosacea.

Love it
I knew I will love it from the first try. My face feels and looks so much better and softer. It removes makeup wonderfully and it rinses off really easily. I love it s citrusy smell. I love the solid texture and that it really does melt on your face. I don't enjoy washing my face at night, but this makes it so much more pleasant. There is so much product in it, definitly worth the price.

Love it
This is my first cleansing balm and I really like it. I love the texture and it feels very pleasant on my skin. The balm includes a couple of ingredients that I know through a dermatologist are good for your skin so that is why I chose this particular balm. My skin is combination (prone to redness on cheeks and oily on t zone) and it has caused no reaction nor does it sting my eyes. Definitely made the right choice.

Best makeup remover
Love this product, it really does take off all of your makeup including mascara & the smell is lovely too. I have tried lots of other cleansers & nothing else comes close.
