Works just like Paula's Choice but more gentle
This one is more gentle that Paula's choice but works just as well. The bottle is very aesthetically pleasing to look at and I do like that it's in a glass packaging and is recyclable.

I got this in a farmacy gift bag and have now purchased two more full sized ones. I find that you can feel this really working on the skin which I love, and after using this alone my face is so shiny and glowing. The only thing I would say is it’s a bit drying so ensure you follow up with a moisturiser! But really so so good and makes me feel really clean.

My Sensitive, Rosacea Prone Skin Loves This!
I had previously used the Farmacy Honeymoon Glow serum and while that did the job, I felt that I needed a BHA for a more deeper exfoliate. Did some research and found that this was a gentle version of the Paula's Choice and so I bought it and it works great! I have dry, sensitive, rosacea prone skin this as worked excellently with it. My skin glows the morning after and I've noticed such a reduction in texture and blackheads! 100% recommend.

This product is extremely gentle yet effective. I experience no irritation or sensitivity or stripping, instead my skin feels soothed and calmed. Love it so far
I used to use Paula's choice, but switched to this. This feels a bit more gentle and doesn't have the mail polish remover smell that Paula's choice have. I also love the bottle so much more, beautiful glass with a pleasant green liquid instead of an ugly plastic.

The best BHA toner out there
I tried the ordinary one, the paula's choice one (that is supposed to be equivalent to this one) and this is just the absolute best out there! My acne prone skin can't cope without it so I will repurchase forever. A bottle lasts me about 9 months too and I love the fact that the bottle is glass rather than plastic.

My favourite toner
I LOVE THIS STUFF! I used to use a very expensive department store brand toner, but this is so much better in so many ways. It feels gentle, but thoroughly cleans my skin leaving it feeling fresh without tightness. It doesn't dry out my skin, something which all toners have done in the past, except those which were more like mists without the active ingredients that this contains. After a week of using it I can see a difference in my skin, my pores are practically non existent, and my skin looks almost reflective it's so clear and smooth. Will most definitely continue purchasing this toner!

Great product that works with a bit of a weird smell?
I'll start by saying I never got along with the Paula's Choice BHA liquid.. it never did anything for me in terms of acne and too little for blackheads when I tried it 2 years ago during the full scale pandemic-skincare-mania. The Farmacy deep sweep pleasantly surprised me because I both saw results and it did not leave a film on the skin. Yes, it can feel a *little* bit drying but for my oily skin that was great (esp during summer). I have found however that after a few uses, the product had a sweet yet seaweed-like ammonia almost smell? I have bought the product twice so it was definitely not a one off occurrence. The good thing is that the smell does not linger and that overall it is a good product for blackheads and pimples and it comes in a nice glass bottle (which can also be a disadvantage if you know yourself to be quite clumsy).
