This tool is amazing! It's designed really well for your jawline, cheeks, eyes, pressure points and even has the serrated edge for anti-wrinkle. I also love that you don't need to worry about it breaking (like all my guashas) and the stainless steel doesn't asborb your serums! Only downsides - QR code that came with tool did not work (for tutorial) and frequently get stopped at airport security scanning as it looks like a knife

This is such a nice sturdy and easy-to-clean tool, I love that it stays cold and has multiple sides that you can use. Highly recommend it if you get puffy or experience tension in the face or jaw, I particularly like using the middle dent right in between my eyebrows when I feel congested.

I’m obsessed with skincare tools but I tend to really inconsistent with them and find them hard to fit into my routine – but not this! I’ve always been a fan of a traditional gua sha but I much prefer this stainless steel material as I find crystal ones can be quite scratchy sometimes. This feel really smooth on the skin and is easy to clean! It is honestly always by my side! I use it in the morning with my cleanser to release tension in my jaw and reduce puffiness (I grind my teeth in the night so always have a build up of tension), I use it while I’m sat at my desk during the day to release tension in my neck and shoulders then use it during my nighttime routine with a face oil for general relaxation / sculpting! I love that it brings fresh blood flow to my skin and makes it look healthy and glowing. Also great for releasing tension around the brows / forehead if you suffer from tension headaches like me. It is honestly so easy to use and so so versatile – a great investment and I can’t recommend this highly enough!

I bought this initially to release tension in my jaw as I'd been jaw clenching a lot in my sleep recently (and any other benefits to the rest of the face would be a bonus!). So I started by using this in the evenings before bed, alongside the Face Coach oil as instructed. However, I've woken up every time with lots of little pimples on my face so I may have to try the tool with a different oil or serum which is a shame. I do feel more relaxed after use but I haven't noticed any major changes to my appearance yet. The tool itself is really versatile and feels lovely and cold in the mornings if wanting to de-puff. The QR code on the product bag didn't work which was really disappointing because I couldn't find any full instruction videos on the FaceGym website... Have been following customer TikTok tutorials instead!
