Effective make up remover
This removes my make up effectively and quickly. It doesn’t work well on waterproof mascara and you need to rub a bit more and wait for the oil to breakdown the mascara but works great at removing foundation etc. my skin feel softer after using my regular cleaning balm so will go back to that once this is finished but Thai would be my back up if the other was out of stock.

Great balm cleanser, with physical exfoliant attached
Whilst the smell can take some getting used to, this balm cleanser really lasts a long time as a little is enough. I built a routine around facial massage with it as added bonus as there is more than enough "slip" in it. Does not dry my already-dry skin. Five star worthy bit: it comes with a well-designed little spoon scoop that sits on the lid neatly. Four star because.. come on Drunk Elephant, please sell that exfoliant separately too. The quantity enclosed here feels like a teaser and does not last as long as the cleanser itself does, but the exfoliant cannot be bought separately.

Great Cleanser
Great, lovely buttery cleanser that melts make up away. You can add the powder (which comes with it) to add extra exfoliation. I personally prefer cleansing oils/balms as I have more mature skin and don't like products that dry my skin out. I think this is a lovely set, a little goes a long way. It is pricey though.

While this does remove makeup LIKE A DREAM, it’s broke my skin out badly! I have sensitive, acne prone skin and I normally love an oil cleanser but this gave me whiteheads almost everywhere. It’s one of the few cleansers that didn’t instantly make me red though, it’s maybe too thick for my skin.

I love that this one comes with a handy spatula spoon to scoop out the cleanser - a joy to the long nailed girls like me! It's a lovely product to use, the cleanser melts rapidly from a solid salve to a rich, melted honey like texture that glides & absorbs softly into your skin. It deeply cleanses all facial impurities/dirt/oil/make-up. The bamboo powder gently exfoliates but again gives a deep cleanse. So refreshing to use. Love this product!

Great cleansing balm
This is a great cleansing balm that really removes stubborn make up but also doesn't sting the eyes or leave my skin oily. Not much is needed and I love that the spatula is attached to the pot, meaning I never lose it. The product lasts ages so even though it is maybe more expensive it's totally worth it.
