KIM K Hot Lips Lipstick
I am not the craziest about the formula of the lipstick - it is matte, a bit hard to apply and has a high tendency to show off every single bit of dry skin ( more so on winter days). However, Kim K is by far the absolute best nude color I have ever seen in my life - it is a truly pink based nude for fair to medium skin tones - nothing like it on the markets ( and I own over 200 colors :) ) - hence, I always use it with a lip balm underneath and reapply when needed. The color lasts quite long on its own anyway, so I would say that yes, this is my go-to lipstick.

Penelope Pink
If you are looking for a perfect peachy nude for medium skin, Penelope Pink is the one! It's a perfect nude without washing me out which can happen on a lot of nude lipsticks. I use a darker lip liner on the outside of my lips just to give definition. Just make sure to exfoliate & prep your lips before applying because this lipstick has a sheen which can emphasise dry texture like any lipstick with a glossy formula

Disappointed by the effect on the lips
I am deeply disappointed by the formula for such a high-end brand. It leaves the lips super dry and flaky. The lipstick applies unevenly on the lips. I just don't like it. Definitely won't buy another lip product from Charlotte. I purchased Kidman's Kiss shade.

Secret Salma & Kidman’s Kiss
Secret Salma is what I use in the winter if I don’t have time for an eye look. Just do lashes, a BB cream, maybe a mini wing, brows, blush and Secret Salma for a wearable mauve statement lip. It is a statement on my NC15 skin tone but would be a beautiful mauve pink nude on a darker skin tone. I love the velvety, long-lasting texture too; it wears off gradually, leaving a beautiful stain behind. My winter essential! Kidman’s Kiss is the same texture but in a bright coral pink for summer. I have to have an eye look with this one to work. But like it a lot nonetheless!

I already have four lipsticks from CT: Pillow Talk, Walk of Shame, Carina's Star and finally Secret Salma. All of them I love. Secret Salma is quite cool, mauvy, plum-pink.
