My Favourite CT Foundation
My skin has improved so much since I got this and I have been using it now since launch. It compliments my skin care and is the perfect foundation for the summer because it’s so light. It just makes my skin look a little more polished, calms the redness & leaves a natural finish. I’ve also built it up at the end of the day for a fuller look for a night out. Have tried some other foundations but this is the one I always have in my make up bag.

This foundation promises to be a medium coverage foundation that is buildable. Now I don’t love full coverage foundation, medium is as far as I’d like to go, but this foundation truly hits that sweet spot. The day I took these pictures, I had quite a bit of redness in my face and with a single layer of product I manage to make it all disappear. I do use a makeup sponge to apply it which sheer out the product even more and I ever only use half to one pump of product. I just don’t like overloading my face with foundation. I’d rather go in with a bit of concealer in certain areas of my face than getting all the coverage out of my foundation. So yes, coverage wise this is a great one.

Liked, but didn’t love
I’m such a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury products (I’ve been repurchasing Pillow Talk Lipsticks for as long as I can remember!) and really wanted to love this foundation. It blends into the skin beautifully, the colour match was perfect and it gives a lovely dewy glow. However, it doesn’t last on my face as long as other foundations and after around 8 hours it goes quite patchy and almost separates from my face and other products I’ve used on it. As someone who commutes into work and does early morning make up, a product that lasts is really important. I’ve been trying it with different primers and setting sprays to see if I can find the perfect fit, as for some people this is probably their go-to foundation! If you’re not as bothered about longevity then I’d definitely give it a try.
