Good pencil
I saw this on a video and it looked great, I’d say it was a good pencil but possibly not worth the price tag but I’m not much of a make up expert but I wouldn’t say it’s leaps and bounds above other cheaper brands

Good eyeliner, great consistency, easy to apply. I don't know if it's just me, maybe I have a very "moist" eye area, but I find it really hard to find liners that don't smudge and unfortunately this one fell to the same fate. But I still use it.
