5Great supplement mixes well with water or I mix it with my breakfast cereal. Tastes ok nothing too strong. I’m taking it with marine collagen too.Â

Great for joints and skin
5I normally have this in coffee, where it dissolves completely and easily, but I've had it in smoothies as well, and find that if I add it to the liquid first, then blend it, then add the fruit and other ingredients, I wouldn't know it was there. This is my third tub and whilst I think I'm seeing positive effects in my skin, I am definitely feeling the benefits in my knees, which I injured a couple of years ago and which seemed to have grown old before their time - now they're back to normal. Â

Actually works it’s amazing!

5So easy to add to your daily routine. Stirs in well to hot drinks. I drink mine with my morning tea and it only alters the flavour a tiny bit Â

5I was sceptical wether this would actually make a difference but I can’t believe it, my skin has noticeably improved in all areas, the texture & plumpness but also has a glow! I add this to my morning protein smoothie for also added proteins, will definitely be continuing to purchase when I’m near the end of this tub!
