Excellent balm

Very soothing balm that has quickly cleared up dry and sore skin. I found it very gentle and effective for any dry, irritated or sore skin. Absorbs quickly, not as oily as expected either. Great balm.

Nice balm, tho not quite perfect

I like this balm as it feels very nourishing and has a lot of slip, so a great pick for use with facial rollers/massagers/gua sha tools. However, I do find it doesn't emulsify as easily as some of the other oil-based cleansers I've used so it sometimes feels like it leaves a little residue behind.

honestly this is a miracle balm I use it on dry lips, dry skin, spots, burns etc and always within a couple day the redness has gone down, the irritation has stopped and the skin is healing nicely. It takes a bit of time to soak in as it is quite greasy but it lasts for ages. I had the same one for almost a year now and I have only just bought a new one. Will always keep a pot of this!

Cleansing balm

I have dry, acne-prone skin and wear make up every day. This is perfect to use as a first cleanse. Only a small amount can cover the entire face, and I remove it with a damp cotton pad before using a simple cleanser. I ran out recently and my skin is feeling dry and looks dull as a result. Reordering ASAP!

I am not too happy with this, I have quite dry elbows and this has brought instant relief but has not made any lasting change.

I’ll be honest: I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting when I ordered this. I think it was to use as a lip balm, but the balm was quite greasy and didn’t taste very nice so that only lasted once. I then tried to use on my eczema but that flared a reaction. So I used a little for dry hands and then it’s been sat in my draw ever since... so I suppose it’s OK at being a multi-use balm, but I haven’t been inclined to use it again.
