Good first impression
This serum does not smell (bad) and its not greasy. I used a little bit in the evening and washed my hair in the morning. I am quite sensitive and it didn't irritate my scalp or skin.

Good but not great
I have noticed an improvement in my scalp psoriasis using this product, especially using it overnight as a mask. The thing is, if I don't use it I notice an immediate worsening too - so it doesn't provide long term relief - it's more like a 'pick me up' for the scalp. It doesn't go a very long way, unfortunately, so I'd say it's quite pricey. I certainly couldn't use it every wash!
