{Anastasia Beverly Hills}' Perfect Brow Pencil is every bit as brilliant as its name would suggest - soft, easy to blend with the spoolie end and long lasting with a slight shine to the finish - this is picture perfect eyebrows in a stick. This waxy pencil helps define the shape you want your brows to be, filling in any gaps and enhancing the arches. It comes in six natural shades and each one has a spoolie (mascara) wand at the other end for blending. Eyebrows are having a 'moment' (the big and bushy trend isn't going anywhere) and Anastasia's Perfect Brow Pencil is all you need to give yours a bit more oomph. This long-lasting, dual-ended pencil and brush marries efficacy with convenience for A-List brows in the blink of an eye.
Using short strokes and a light touch, fill in any patches and extend the brows if necessary. Be careful to sharpen before use.

Prefer this one
This is less pigmented than the Brow Wiz and the shape allows me to shade in the area more easily. I can do my brows more quickly and it’s harder to over do them.

Not as good as retractable pencil
Overall, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil is highly regarded for its quality, ease of use, and ability to create well-defined brows, however, I prefer the retractable pencil as it is more creamy (and easy to use)

Pencil perfection!
I just wanted an old fashioned eye brow pencil that goes on easily but isn’t too creamy and stays put all day. This is the one! 10/10 🙌🏼✨

Anastasia does the best brow products
I really don’t get on with the thicker brow pencils, I much prefer ones with a pointed tip. After finishing my refy one I wanted to try something new. The shade match is great and is easy to build if you want your brows darker. The spoolie is quite dense which is great to use with the brow freeze.

Can’t beat it
I have bought this pencil a dozen times over the years. Sometimes I try something else but always end up going back to it. Great colour match and looks really natural. Lasts well. Fab for diffuse background colour rather than individual hairs
