If hairs stubbornly oily then help is at hand: THE INKEY LISTs Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Treatment swiftly eliminates build-up and lift-inhibiting grime as it gently eradicates flakes to help minimise itching.
With 2% salicylic acid to exfoliate and help to purge embedded impurities, alongside 2.5% FluidPure 8G which soothes redness and calms irritation, this balancing formula also stars 1% panthenol to maintain moisture levels for silky smooth lengths. Great for those susceptible to stressed-out scalps or flakes, this normalising pre-wash serum works to swiftly re-establish equilibrium - in clinical trials, 100% of testers felt their hair and scalp was less oily after 28 days of use, while 95% said that their scalp was less itchy.
We recommend shaking the bottle well before use. Use as pre shampoo treatment. Shake into the palm of your hand, massage hands together and use fingertrips to rub into scalp. Apply enough to cover entire scalp. Leave on for 10 minutes then wash hair as normal. Use 1-2 times a week.

One of the best scalp exfoliants to exist
I've always struggled with oily roots for as long as I could remember. Â I would overdo it with dry shampoo a lot to get away with just an extra two days before I REALLY had to wash my hair. My hair had to be washed 5 days apart at the most. Since using this product, Â the oiliness in my roots has significantly gone down and my hair feels cleaner and has a tad more volume to it. I can go four or five days without washing my hair, then use dry shampoo (just a quick spritz though on my parting though!) for just a small pick me up. This will be part of my haircare routine forever now!

Greasy mess
I suffer with product build up on my scalp, which results in me having flaky scalp. I opted to order this product as I wanted to hold off on the ouai scalp scrub since it’s quite expensive. I honestly wish I had just got the scalp scrub. This scalp treatment leave my roots and mid ends feeling so greasy it’s unbelievable. After using this as a pre wash treatment, double wash with shampoo and condition my ends, I’ll blow dry my hair and all my strands stick together because of how greasy it has left my hair. I’ve tried using this twice now and both occasions I’ve had to wash my hair for a second time. Straight in the bin and I’m going to order the mini size of ouai’s scalp scrubÂ

Good for oily scalp
I am at my wits end with my oily scalp. I started to use this 1-2 times a week and it has helped a little. I can now delay using dry shampoo for 1 more day. Will continue to buy.Â

Works well for the price
I use this on my scalp, a couple of times a week and I find it is effective in helping with my greasy hair. I leave it on for a long time and then just wash it off and my scalp is so much cleaner afterwards. Will re purchaseÂ

Clarifying
I love this for exfoliating the scalp. It’s easy to use due to the nozzle and I massage it in and leave it for at least 30 mins before washing my hair. My scalp definitely feels more ‘relaxed’ after I use this.

Clean Hair Miracle
Applied this to scalp/roots and let it sit for 10 mins and then washed my hair. It’s very thin consistency so was a little hard to apply, though it rinsed out easily. Left my scalp feeling super clean and my hair is really light and weightless, it’s the sort of clean feeling you get after a professional wash & blowdry. 24 hours later I would usually be oily already especially around my crown but it seems a lot better.Â

Bought for my sister for her dry scalp and it has made a massive difference using twice a week- recommend. Note we are using it with a shampoo for dry scalp at the same time so maybe the commination is helping?

was getting an oily patch on the crown of my head that would appear right after washing. this helped to get rid of it. best to apply with hair upside down at sink as it is very liquidy but i like that as easy to rub over whole scalp than if thicker.

This product seems to be helping with oily scalp. Not sure if it is exfoliating.
