It actually works
This is one of the best skincare products I have ever used because you actually can see a difference in a few minutes, nothing else help with my puffiness the way this does. You will need to apply a hydrating eye Creme after that as it makes the area a little drier. Can’t be without it.

It is working
I have been doing my research on how best to reduce eye bags, as mine are/were more like suitcases. I found out that caffeine reduces them, so I looked at and tried some eye creams/serums and none seemed to work in the long term, they were more instant fixes until you wash your face! (I always try out products for 4 weeks before trying something new, to give them a chance) I then came across this but it was out of stock, so I put my name on the wait list. I am glad I did as I noticed a considerable difference in the reduction of the bags after 3 days using it 2 times a day morning and evening. I could feel it working as it tightened the loose skin under my eyes, They are not quite there yet as its only been 2.5 weeks of use ( I received it the beginning of August, but I was in the middle of trying something else) I have repurchased it (just to stock up). So to cut my long story short I HIGHLY recommend this serum.

So worth it
This is just amazing. It does exactly what it says. For real for real it is like morning coffee for your undereyes. A little goes a long long way and you can see results right away darkness and puffiness wise. I'm impressed.

Magic Eye Potion
I have a lot of love for The Ordinary right now. I feel like Hermione Granger in Potions class at Hogwarts with all my little bottles to play with & the magic they weave! Ok, The Caffeine solution 5% & EGCG is amazing for reducing the puffiness in my eyes. I have hooded eyes, & pretty sensitive skin. I had a reaction to a well known premium brand of skincares' eye cream & my eyes were very swollen, I had ice on them but I also dabbed this serum on & it reduced the puffiness, without stinging. I cannot use thick creams on the eyes as they make my hooded eyes puffier , this serum is quit runny just the right consistency & feels soothing , as for the dark circles, I'm a nurse who does night shifts and I think I will need to give it time! Excellent product!

Hasn't worked on my dark circles yet
I've been using this most nights for about a month and can't see any difference in the dark circles, my main problem, although they aren't that dark. However, whilst my eyes don't get puffy underneath very often, I don't think I've had any at all recently which could be down to using this product. I'm hopeful that as I continue to use it, my dark circles will start reducing, as so many others have had success.

Disappointed
I waited for this product to come back in stock and was excited to try it as the reviews were good. However, I have been disappointed with it. I don’t think it works at all but instead, I think my eyes look worse when I use it. I would not buy again.

Difference
It's nice and all... I have dark undereye corners but no puffiness, this didn't combat this. Will use a few more months but probably will not repurchase.
