Oat cleansing balm
Does the job - cleanses the skin thoroughly, whilst also feeling nourishing and really gentle on the skin! I have combination/dry skin which is sensitive and acne-prone, and I must say compared to other cleansing balms I’ve used, I think this is really good value and helps remove my makeup well including mascara. I was sceptical at first given some people's comments that said it had a “grainy” texture, but I didn’t experience this at all (I apply this on wet skin). Would purchase again!

So impressed
I really love this cleanser, it leaves your skin so soft and hydrated, which is great as I have sensitive and extremely dry skin. If I am wearing makeup it takes it all off, even mascara. The price point is amazing for the quality and quantity of product your getting. I have no complaints.

Confused? Is it a cleanser or a mask?
The instructions state on the package that you can use this as a cleansing balm but also as a face mask. I'm unsure how that makes sense because you still have residue of skincare & makeup sitting on your face mixed with the cleansing balm. Secondly, the balm is oily and heavy; you must use another strong cleanser to remove all of it. Even after you wash it off the oily residue remains. If you follow their instructions and just do this and leave it, I can guarantee you will have breakouts.

Lovely
Gets make up off quickly without stripping the skin. It doesn’t smell the nicest, but also doesn’t smell artificial so I think that’s a good thing.

Oat Cleanser
I really like this product. It gets rid of all make up, sunscreen and dirt and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry afterwards. I use it twice in a row in the evening and my skin loves it.

Great makeup remover but horrible smell
It’s great makeup remover but the smell is unbearable and I felt that I still have the smell on my face even after the second cleanser

Amazing First Cleanse
I have reactive, acne prone skin and sensitive eyes and find that most cleansing balms leave my skin and eyes irritated and leave a film on the skin. This, however, has become a holy grail. It doesn’t break me out, doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes and removes all makeup and SPF. I use it as the first step in a double cleanse but on very irritated days I simply use this and it works wonders.

Works well
I ordered this and got it fast along with other stuff. I received it and it was busted, however, they sent a replacement straight away with no issues so the customer service was great so no complaints. I use this once a day in the evening when removing my makeup and then follow with a non-oil cleanser and it works great. I was a little cautious with this because I have oily/ combination skin so I was scared I could break out but it works great to get rid of makeup without having to scrub and irritate the skin. I fully recommend as it’s a great way to really break down and remove makeup from your pores. It’s also great value for money because it’s a big tube and a little bit goes a long way so it lasts ages. Highly recommend removing makeup and refresh face however, this has to be followed up with another cleanser otherwise it could cause breakouts so just have to keep that in mind and if you don’t wear makeup this isn’t the best cleanser in my opinion because it’s an added step that’s probably not necessary.

Great bargain
I have tried out couple of different oil-based cleansers and this one is my second most favourite (after Farmacy's Green Clean). It emulsifies nicely, feels good and hydrating and the price is hard to believe. Love it and will be repurchasing it!
