I’ve tried a lot of lip balms over the years, but Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm has quickly become my absolute favorite — and honestly, it’s worth every penny. First of all, the texture is thick but not sticky, and it melts into your lips like butter (literally). It gives a gorgeous glossy finish that makes your lips look instantly healthier and more plump, but still feels super comfortable. It’s especially perfect for dry, flaky lips — mine get really chapped in colder months, and this balm works overnight like a mask, but I also love using it throughout the day. The scent is so nice and subtle — I’ve tried the original Vanilla and the Brown Sugar versions, and both are amazing. Not overpowering, just a light sweet scent that feels luxurious. One tube lasts a surprisingly long time, and the packaging is really cute and compact, so it’s easy to carry around in a pocket or bag. I also love that it’s vegan and cruelty-free. Honestly, if you’re someone who wants soft, smooth lips that also look glossy and hydrated, this is it. I’d recommend it over Laneige and even Dior Lip Glow in terms of comfort and healing. Will definitely be repurchasing — and probably in more flavors next time!

I love the summer Friday slip butter balm. I have all the shades. They have such a nice consistency and are so hydrating. They smell amazing. This pink guava one is such a pretty colour. I would say it smells more strawberry scented than guava, but it still smells amazing and summer.
