Step 1: Pour the desired amount of Activating Essence into one of the Foot Masque Socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining.
Step 2: Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot.
Step 3: Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired).
Step 4: Remove socks. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet.
Progressive peeling action will take place over 3-7 days.

Not worth a re-purchase
Was hoping for better results than what I got. Followed the instructions first signs of any peeling was post 8 days. The peeling wasn't that extreme my feet just looked dry. The product was nothing special and the £18 price tag is not justified especially with the less than average results.

Pedicure
Excellent product, feet are smooth after the treatment. Be prepared for the peeling to start after about 7 days, the first time it can be a bit of a shock!

Effective if gross
As with many other reviewers, it took longer than the stated 3-7 days for the skin to start shedding but the results were dramatic and left my feet soft and smooth and looking like new. It's the most effective foot exfoliant I've ever used and better than any pedicure for removing dead skin, but results are best appreciated about 2 weeks after application so plan accordingly. I now always keep one in stock. Indispensable.

Great peel, delayed results
This is a really great peel and it does exactly want I wanted it to do. Even my problem areas on the heels and side of the foot have been significantly softened. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the peeling didn’t actually start until well over a week after the treatment was carried out. I’m still actually peeling now, over three weeks later! So contrary to what it says in the description (3-7 days) I would give this peel a good month to work before heading to the beach and exposing your feet! It could be due to my skin type but I have heard similar feedback from friends too. Definitely give this product a try, just leave enough time to use it! Would purchase again for sure.

Satisfyingly gross
Left the boots on for an hour and as promised nothing for 5 days, then on day 6 took off my socks to find pieces of skin as big as my fist. Not one for the faint-hearted but after a fortnight my feet looked completely new. Obsessed.

I have only used this product once, but it definitely won’t be the last time I love it. It does take a little time to start working, but when it’s done it makes your feet feel like new.

It Works!
Give it a week and your feet will literally shed like a snake for about 5 days, make sure you wear socks because it could be embarrassing. More effective than a pedicure, just be careful not to go too far up the leg with the lotion and mind any cuts or grazes because it’ll sting.

Real improvement
Not the prettiest of treatments, but really does a good job of removing the top layer of skin. I’ve used this treatment on 4 occasions now. It does take around 7 days before it starts and around 7-10 for the process to complete so plan accordingly!
