Great shampoo
I’ve been using this shampoo for years. I switched to this because my previous shampoo was making my scalp itchy! This shampoo doesn’t do that at all, which is great! I have very fine hair but lots of it and this shampoo gets my hair really clean with no residue. If there was one thing I could change it would be the scent which is rose, I think. I’d rather it was something more herbal but it’s a compromise I’m happy to make as the rest of the product is great. I’d give it 5 stars if the scent was better!

I have thick hair at the top and fine at the bottom so thought I would give this ago. Really happy with it. Definitely gives me more volume at the bottom and also noticed my hair styles better/ stays better and stays clean longer ( I have to wash my hair everyday and it’s hard to style sometimes because it’s SO straight) Cons I would say that my hair isn’t as shiny when I use this (my hair is naturally really shiny though to be fair) but still gives that salon ‘clean’ look. A few people have mentioned it tangles their hair which it ever so slightly does but I feel like any product marketed to fine hair or creating volume does this so not a huge shock. Will definitely buy again.

Very strong smell, not my favourite
I was really excited to try this shampoo given the great reviews and hype around the brand. Unfortunately it hasn't lived up to expectations for me. I have found the smell of the shampoo to be very over powering. It also leaves my hair feeling almost frizzy when usually it's fine and thin.
