Packed with plant-derived ingredients your skin will happily lap up, this skin recovery balm hydrates skin deeply while helping to minimise the appearance of all kinds of scarring, including stretch marks and C-section scars.
Free from lanolin and beeswax, this mega effective balm (a little goes a long way!) uses instead natural ingredients that really work. Marshmallow root, an anti-inflammatory that contains high levels of vitamin D, helps to heal both old and new scars. Liquorice root is rich in antioxidants and works hard to reduce hyperpigmentation (that's the discolouration or dark marks than can appear around scarring). And finally, turmeric, which is packed with powerful active ingredient curcumin, lowers your body's response to cutaneous wounds by decreasing inflammation and oxidation, helping them to heal more quickly.

I tried this on my half removed tatoo -there is a ring of loss of melanin around the tatoo.
I used this cream daily for about 3 weeks - to hopefully lighten the area around my tatoo that has lost melanin due to the removal technique. It didn't make much difference to the lightest area- however my skin was very soft & in great condition. Perhaps if I try it in the Summer - when I have a tan it might produce a more obvious effect.

The brand have changed their name in the last year, which initially confused me when I was gifting this to a friend. This is a holy grail of scar balm! I didn’t have a C section scar but did have a couple of little scars around my belly button after my 2nd child so used it on them. It’s a dream to fade scars and brilliant to use.
