Milk Makeup's Hydro Grip Primer (45ml) boasts a silky gel formula that gives your look real staying power while remaining invisible against the skin.
This green-tinted primer glides on smoothly to form a layer that locks make up in place for up to 12 hours while granting a natural, dewy finish. Our favourite part? The formula is enriched with nourishing aloe water, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide *and* blue agave extract (hello hydration...) to deliver good-to-skin benefits at the same time. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. Blend a thin layer onto clean skin before make up application. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other make up on top for smoother application that lasts all day, or wear alone for fresh-faced, glassy skin.

Will be investing in the larger bottle
I never really understood the need for a good gripping primer before but now I get it. This is fabulous and definitely worth the money. Goes on really well and makes a difference when applying your make up. Will be getting the bigger size bottle next.

I bought the smaller trial size version of this product as I had heard really good things, but I personally didn't get on with this very well. It was hydrating and tacky as promised but it pilled very badly under my makeup. I don't know if this is because it didn't mix well with my moisturiser/make-up base ingredients but I personally wouldn't recommend. It's also quite expensive and I'm sure there are better dupes out there.

Great with heavier foundation formulas!
I have quite an oily t-zone so thought this would be perfect to not have separation with my foundation, but I found it works only i the formula is quite heavy (like double wear by estee lauder) and can actually stick to the primer. If it has a light coverage it's going to lift anyways!
