Milk Makeup's Hydro Grip Primer (45ml) boasts a silky gel formula that gives your look real staying power while remaining invisible against the skin.
This green-tinted primer glides on smoothly to form a layer that locks make up in place for up to 12 hours while granting a natural, dewy finish. Our favourite part? The formula is enriched with nourishing aloe water, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide *and* blue agave extract (hello hydration...) to deliver good-to-skin benefits at the same time. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. Blend a thin layer onto clean skin before make up application. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other make up on top for smoother application that lasts all day, or wear alone for fresh-faced, glassy skin.

Makeup glides on beautifully
First time using a primer and knew this one had some of the best reviews. I LOVE how this makes my makeup sit with my moisturiser underneath (Weleda Skin food- which if you know, it's a heavy duty, thick moisturiser) and together with Hydro Grip this takes away some of the shine and stickiness from the moisturiser without being drying. Makeup glides on beautifully afterwards.

This applies tacky at first, which makes any base makeup actually blend quite smoothly, the finish on my skin in combination with a good foundation is improved by this primer. I can feel it slightly, but it's the same feeling as sunscreen or a good moisturiser on your face, but that might bug some people. Doesn't feel sticky on the skin, just hydrating.
