This finely milled formula sets your concealer, colour correctors and other under-eye staples in place *and* prolongs the wear for up to 16 hours. As for its brightening capabilities... it's infused with micronised pigments to reduce the appearance of dark circles, pigmentation and uneven tone, while preventing any powder from settling into fine lines. Nice brightening, a bit too dry
This one is usually my finishing touch to around the eyes area makeup, it does add a nice brightening/highlighting effect, but it feels pretty dry on my skin if used heavily, that is why I always use it in extreme moderation but the effect is still visible. It has been a recurring purchase for a few times already.
