Perfect for keeping breakouts at bay
Bought this to try as it was better value than another brands salicylic acid cleanser, that I have used for years but feel they change the formula recently as my skin didn't agree with it as much. This is much more comfortable for me. I used the effaclar duo for YEARS to keep my skin clear, so had trust in the brand and this line. I really like the cleanser. I would say you need to be gentle on the pump as a full pump dispenses far more than I need to cleanse my skin. I usually double cleanse in the evening and this is my second cleanse, and it's my morning cleanser. I have clear skin, with monthly hormonal breakouts on my chin, but these have been under control with this cleanser, which is why I use it (along with some other staples, but for me the cleanser is crucial). I have combination skin, usually oily and dehydrated, and this doesn't dehydrate my skin at all.

Wouldn’t use any other facial wash. The size lasts ages and is really convenient with the pump dispenser. No waste. It comes with a collar to put around the pump for travelling and no mess too. Doesn’t dry the skin out but face is really cleansed and oils removed. Keeps blemishes in check along with the effaclar moisturiser. I use a gently toner rather than effaclar toner as I find that too drying.
