Thick repairing balm
This is a thick cream. Wouldn’t be suitable for my combination skin as a moisturiser but I’ve put it on bites this week. Soothes. Also good on sunburn if you miss a bit with the sunscreen. I’ve had allergic reaction on my eyes just lately from god knows what but I’ve put a tiny bit of this on at night to ease the redness and dryness. Brilliant all round product to have in the home. Good for nappy rash on babies too.

Texture and smell
I really wanted to like it given the price and brand and benefits, but I don’t. It doesn’t blend well and leaves a white cast on my skin (I have a light skin colour), in order to blend it I usually put a little oil on my face first and I feel it defines the purpose. Also, it smells bad, and it’s really heavy on my face till the point my face starts to sweat. Keep mind, I only use around a pea size so I’m not over using it.

When I’ve overdone the Tretinoin/ aha/ bha etc, this is fabulous. Ordinarily, I’d use a thick layer of La Mer, but my budget doesn’t stretch to that at the moment. However, this is just as good. It isn’t oily, but it’s thick and nourishing. Will definitely repurchase.
