So far, so good
I have naturally mousy brown hair that I get highlighted about three times a year. My hair texture fine, but I have a lot of it if that makes sense!? I have used this for the past 4 washes since having my hair bleached and I definitely have noticed a difference in how soft and nourished my hair feels compared to how it would usually feel this soon after being coloured. I am going to continue with the recommended 6 washes following colour treatment and then drop down to once a week. In terms of how to use it, I have followed Abby Young's advice to lather in my palms until it looks like sunblock and then scrunch into my hair from end working up to my scalp. I leave it on for 4 minutes and then get back in the shower and apply conditioner and rinse both out. I don't think I would like it so much leaving in as recommended as my hair doesn't generally do well with heavier products.

Stuck in my hair for weeks

This is a really great leave in conditioner. I have long, thick, wavy hair and find this really easy as it halves my hair washing time! I just shampoo, rinse out, towel dry my hair and once I'm dressed, comb this mask through my hair. It didn't leave my hair greasy which was a real plus point. My hair was soft and manageable for the week.
