Unsure at first now I’m hooked!
Was unsure if this was worth the hefty price per ml buuuuuut having used it after my latest lot of full head highlights this is definitely going to be in my regular hair care regimen. You genuinely do just need between 2 and 4 pumps, I was worried re the no conditioner instruction so I bypassed this by conditioning first to make shampooing a little less tangling and that seems to have had no negative impact on the results I’ve achieved. If you’re not sure start with the trial size first and see how you get on, trust me you only need the tiniest amount! Knocking one star off as, fab as it is, it’s still really pricey for the amount you get

This product gets a lot of hype so I was eager to try however I didn't like the feeling of my hair after using it, perhaps I used too much or too little. I did receive it again in the Cult Beauty advent calendar so I will look up tips online on the best way to use it and give it another chance.

After reading all the reviews and good comments I knew I had to give it a shot after my scheduled balayage. For reference I am hair 1C and dar brunette (level 4) who just got a balayage done to blonde (level 9). Knowing my hair would pretty weakened after the appointment, I purchased this mask to help the bring it back to healthy. I’ve only used it twice but wow! The results from the first use were unreal! I purchased the bigger sized and can’t comment yet on quantity/price ratio but I can definitely say the investment is worth the results! Just as a note - I do condition the hair after the 4min wait as this would not be sufficient to hydrate my damaged dry hair (K18 advises that this is totally okay as long as you wait the 4min). Will definitely re-purchase!!

Using this as the instructions suggest means you'll see some results, for me it has worked very well. Keeping my chemically processed hair looking the best it possibly look and you don't need to use that much either so has been worth it for me.

I take it with me to the headspa where they don't use conditioner...I use it before blow drying or air drying and my hair feels great, not like it would normally without a true conditioner. It's a bit weird mentally to get used to stopping after shampoo and then use this, but it seems to work !

I've been using this product for a while and it has saved my hair! I use once a week and since using my hair is significantly less damaged! I'm also trying to grow my hair and this product reduces split ends, meaning I don't need so much cut off at maintenance appointments and can often get away with my ends being 'dusted'. Although expensive, the product lasts a long time!
