The first act in any discerning skin care performance, Jordan Samuel Skins Matinee Gel Cleanser gently decongests skin with a cocktail of nourishing botanicals. Now available in the original (180ml) and a sized-to-try (30ml) tube, you'll never need to go without your star act.
Sensitive-friendly, vegan and water-soluble, this daily gel cleanser makes for a perfect morning (or second!) cleanse. It calls upon gentle (and non-foaming) surfactant coco betaine to cleanse without stripping essential moisture from your skin. An infusion of anti-inflammatory salicylic acid lightly exfoliates, helping to purge impurities within your pores for a clearer complexion. Keeping your skin cool, calm and collected, aloe leaf juice grants a dash of hydration for a comfortably supple finish. Loveee it!
I started using this as my daily (AM & PM) cleanser. I used to use a medical cleanser that I thought was making me breakout horribly, so I decided to give this cleanser a try. & When I tell you it is SURREAL! It cleared up my skin so well, highly recommend this cleanser for anyone with sensitive/dry skin! Bout to order my second one now :)

Perfect
I have oily combination sensitive skin and this works so well for me. It doesn’t lather at all but it feels so moisturising and thick when I cleanse. It’s not drying and doesn’t cause me any breakouts. Only annoying thing is that it’s so expensive for the amount you get but I guess I'll have to fork out as I’m so impressed by it.

Cleans without stripping the skin
Really love this cleanser, finally found a cleanser that cleans well and does not strip my skin. I have tried so many gel cleansers that just completely ruin my skin barrier. I have tried many creamy cleanser too which leave a film on the skin and eventually cause clogged pores. love this cleanser as it has qualities of a creamy cleanser but rinses off completely! Love it! Big tube too so this will last a while!

Another winner
I own a lot of this line but for some reason, I held off on this cleanser. After finding my other gel cleanser drying, I decided to give this a whirl. I love my other JSS products so I had high hopes. It arrived yesterday and it's a beauty. No fragrance to irritate and leaves my skin really soft but feeling totally clean. I use it on its own in the morning and after the JSS aftershow cleanser in the evening. Fab!

FAVOURITE CLEANSER EVER!
I have oily/dry/super sensitive skin and this cleanser works beautifully on my skin. I use it on its own if I’m not wearing makeup or after the aftershow cleanser when I’m removing makeup and it’s the only cleanser that my skin feels clean and purified after but doesn’t strip my skin or leave it feeling tight or dry. If I’m wearing only light make up this will remove it but heavier make up needs to be removed with the aftershow - the 2 cleansers work beautifully together!

Like a treasure box
It's like finding one, for the search of a gentle yet good to the skin cleanser hunt is over. I'm combination to oily, but dry during the cold season. I have very sensitive skin and my skincare routine compose almost of the ordinary only. I dried out from using foam cleansers and other oil make removers doesn't clear my pores. Goodbye to these problems. Thank you Jordan.

New favourite (combo-dehydrated skin)
This is such an elegant cleanser - I'm in love. I dislike foaming cleansers as they strip my skin. I bought this on a whim long with the After show treatment cleanser. I use that as my first cleanser and this is my second cleanser/morning cleanser. There is a very faint cooling sensation which is very refreshing. It does not dry out my skin. I am already on here to stock up on this and it is safe to say this is my new favourite along with the After Show Treatment cleanser.

Not as good as the hype suggests but nice enough
Product nice enough, found it a bit drying but less so as time has gone on. Packaging not great - the lid doesn’t click closed properly so I’m worried it might leak but I may have just received a faulty bottle.

Love it!
Great for everyday use and every time you need to wash your face (sending hello from quarantine times of 2020). No dryness, just silky smooth skin after every use. Will stock on it again for sure - great product!
