The first act in any discerning skin care performance, Jordan Samuel Skins Matinee Gel Cleanser gently decongests skin with a cocktail of nourishing botanicals. Now available in the original (180ml) and a sized-to-try (30ml) tube, you'll never need to go without your star act.
Sensitive-friendly, vegan and water-soluble, this daily gel cleanser makes for a perfect morning (or second!) cleanse. It calls upon gentle (and non-foaming) surfactant coco betaine to cleanse without stripping essential moisture from your skin. An infusion of anti-inflammatory salicylic acid lightly exfoliates, helping to purge impurities within your pores for a clearer complexion. Keeping your skin cool, calm and collected, aloe leaf juice grants a dash of hydration for a comfortably supple finish. Fantastic cleanser
I use this as a second cleanser with the after-show cleanser or as my morning cleanser. It is scent-free does not foam but does a fantastic job at cleansing the skin. I do not use it to take off makeup as I do now think it would be powerful enough to do this. It has some salicylic acid in it however, it is so mild my skin would be normal to combination but can be quite dehydrated and sensitive. Since switching to these cleansers my skin has never been better my pores are clear and my skin is glowing and feels completely balanced. Never tight or sensitive or dry. I will certainly be repurchasing.

Lovely, gentle product
This is a brilliant second/morning cleanse. It's super gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished but not greasy in any way. A little goes a long way, and the tube is huge so great value too. I am yet to try a product by Jordan Samuel that I don't love!

Fantastic Product
Firstly, its a huge value tube. The product itself is fantastic, especially for oily skin. Does not dry the skin and because of Salicylic Acid, it keeps your oily skin in check.

My morning cleanse
This has become my go to for my morning cleanse, my face feels clean however it doesn’t feel tight or dry. I love that the product itself is clean and fresh, no scent or unnecessary ingredients in here. My 16 year old son is using it every evening and his skin looks fab.

My new HG cleanser
This is the most perfect cleanser I’ve ever used. No foam, no scent, great slip, gentle surfactants and with a touch of salicylic acid. Skin feels and looks so happy after each use. I’ve used it for a month and it has helped with some texture. My congested-prone combination skin loves this. It has become my ride or die!

.... what does this actually do?
I’m on the fence about this product... I understand that you have to use a nonfoaming cleanser, that’s hydrating and doesn’t dehydrate the skin, but the cleanser still has to actually cleanse. I feel like the cleansing power of this product is next to none, sure it’s very hydrating and somewhat soothing or cooling, but it feels like I’ve done nothing but hydrate my face when I’m done. my pores seem bigger when used over a couple of days and I’m afraid of using it longer, cause I fear my face will clog. I’m very sad about using money on this. Wanted something gentle for wintertime, but I still need something that actually cleanses. I have combination dehydrated skin, with clog prone t zone. If you have dry dehydrated skin this might be okay. Another thing - it feels very cheap and badly formulated...

Why did I underestimate this? IT ROCKS
This cleanser is weird at first. No scent, no foam, but nice texture. But, boy, it cleanses your face well and leaves the skin soft like silk velvet. I highly recommend, my favorite cleanser for a second cleanse or morning cleanse by far.
