Excellent
For a while now, I’ve had spots all over my face and it eventually turned into dark scars/ spots all over my face. I was very embarrassed if it as it was very visible. I tried many foundation companies because not many places has my dark skin tone foundation. However, when I bought this foundation, it completely changed everything. This foundation can cover anything up and it also looks extremely natural, not like a baked face. I am extremely happy with this product and I would recommend it to anyone with any skin tone.

WONDERFUL COVERAGE
First time buying this foundation. It does a fabulous job of covering my rosacea and leaves my skin looking flawless. I use a highlighting primer first so that the foundation goes on smoothly. It stays set all day and doesn't smudge onto clothes or masks (yes I wear foundation under my mask!). So pleased to find this as I am 73 and haven't had such a good foundation for years.

The best foundation I’ve tried in a long time
I didn’t get along with the original faux filter - it was headache-inducing and nauseatingly fragranced, cakey and hard to work with. Having heard it was reformulated and fragrance-free, I decided to give it a go. I have been testing this for a couple of weeks now, and I can safely say that this is the perfect foundation for me. Applied very flawlessly, plays well with all kinds of powders, doesn’t grab on to my texture, sits beautifully on top of skincare and lasts very well. I will say that the claims are exaggerated, it isn’t really sweat-proof or mask-proof - this just isn’t possible. But it keeps my oils at bay for a long time and it’s one of those foundations that look better with wear. I literally look like I have a filter over my skin when I wear this. I will say you have to make sure your skin is well-prepped because this foundation has the propensity to get a little patchy and dry if you slap it on non-moisturised skin. It dries extremely quickly, so works in small sections and work quickly with it. Applies best with a brush, the beauty blender seems to soak up a lot of product and because of how quickly it dries it can leave patches. Ultimately if you’re prepared to prep well, this foundation can do a lot for you, and I thoroughly recommend it.

Such a disappointment - bring back the old Faux Filter!
Absolutely loved this foundation, until they turned it into the luminous ‘new’ version. It doesn’t stay on your skin, it’s nothing like the old one. So disappointed, will not be buying again.

This is ok but I prefer the original. This one is quite oily in consistency and a slightly darker shade than the original. Also, you need to apply more for sufficient coverage. Not a great “improved” product.
